• "Real Money Balance" — refers to PKR funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.

These Terms are provided in English. Players in Pakistan should note that the English version of this agreement is the legally binding version. Any translations provided for convenience do not supersede the English text.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. bh888 may request verification of any information provided at any time. Registration with false information is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bh888 account. Opening additional accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited. bh888 reserves the right to identify duplicate accounts through technical means including IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bh888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bh888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members. Each account may only be accessed by its registered holder.
• You must notify bh888 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must ensure your registered contact information, including mobile number and email address, remains accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may affect your ability to receive security notifications and verify withdrawal requests.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether initiated by you or by a third party who obtained access through your failure to maintain credential security.
• bh888 accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

bh888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your bh888 registered identity. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable transaction costs.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are published on the bh888 deposits page and are subject to change. bh888 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of bh888.

bh888 processes PKR withdrawal requests in accordance with the following provisions. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

KYC Verification: Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed. The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back.
• A selfie photograph taken while holding your CNIC, with your face clearly visible alongside the card.
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot or photograph confirming that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account belongs to the same individual as the bh888 account holder.

Once submitted, KYC documents are reviewed within 24–72 business hours. bh888 will notify you of the outcome via your registered email or mobile number. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC approval will be held in a pending state, not rejected. Completing KYC while a withdrawal is pending will trigger processing of the pending request in the normal queue.

General Bonus Provisions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are not immediately withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement must be met before any portion of the Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be requested for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in total bets to be placed from the combined wallet before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of stakes wagered; live casino table games, sports bets, and specialty games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering contributions. Contribution rates are published individually for each promotion.
• Each bonus offer specifies an expiry period. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not satisfied within the expiry period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when a Bonus is active on your account. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is active constitutes abuse of the bonus system and may result in voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• bh888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will receive the terms in place at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

All bets placed on the bh888 sportsbook and all plays made on bh888 Casino games are final once confirmed. The following rules apply across all gaming and betting services on the Platform:

• Confirmed Bets: Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the bh888 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the Player. bh888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a manifest pricing error or system malfunction.
• Pricing Errors: In the event that bh888 publishes obviously incorrect odds or game payouts due to a technical or human error, bh888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake to the Player's account. • Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per game type. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Game Outcomes: The outcome of all RNG-based casino games is determined by certified random number generation technology and is final. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the game as operated by the live dealer and are final subject to any dealer or technical error resolution procedures.
• Disconnections: If a Player is disconnected during an active game round, the game server maintains the session state. Upon reconnection, the Player will be able to view the outcome of the interrupted round. No additional funds will be debited for a disconnection mid-round beyond the original bet placed.
• Sport Event Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport settlement rules published on the bh888 sportsbook. • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or make decisions on your behalf.

• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, pricing error, or technical malfunction to generate profit. Players who identify such errors are required to notify bh888 support immediately rather than exploiting them.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process or at any point during account registration.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing a self-exclusion or account suspension.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any bh888 software or game.
• Create derivative works based on bh888 Platform content or intellectual property.
• Use bh888 trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bh888 intellectual property may constitute an infringement actionable under applicable law. bh888 reserves all rights not expressly granted under this limited licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh888 and its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, regardless of whether bh888 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss resulting from system downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or interruptions to the Platform that are outside bh888's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials as described in Article 4.
• The actions, omissions, or content of any third-party game providers or payment processors whose services are integrated into the bh888 Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, bh888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your bh888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bh888 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

bh888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time for cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or regulatory compliance requirements.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bh888 will:

• Notify the Player of the suspension via their registered contact details where it is operationally safe to do so.
• Preserve the account balance during the period of investigation.
• Complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Player.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any funds in the account may be forfeited where the breach involved fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of prohibited conduct described in Article 9, or where the funds are associated with money laundering activity.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your bh888 account at any time by contacting support. bh888 will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Your Real Money Balance (minus any applicable bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification if not already completed.

Continued use of the bh888 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Article 12.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the bh888 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and principles of fair dealing applicable to online gaming operators.

In the event of any dispute between you and bh888 regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the outcome of a bet or game, the processing of a transaction, or any other matter related to your account, you agree to first attempt resolution through bh888's internal complaints procedure:

Nothing in this Article prevents you from exercising any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law or from seeking resolution through applicable legal channels where the internal dispute resolution process has been exhausted.
